I liked the attention to detail regarding what a guest may need. I loved the availability of the common spaces. A fridge, ice, water, coffee/tea. Lots of areas to lounge outside of your room.

Staff here is super friendly and helpful. Great home style breakfast. Very quaint and beautiful place, inside and out. Located close to UF and downtown. We will definitely be back!

It was very convenient to the University of Florida where our granddaughter was attending swim camp. The staff was wonderful, and the setting was amazing. It was like taking a step back into time.

The 1895 home/Inn in which I stayed was absolutely gorgeous and was lovingly restored to its old world charm with all necessary modern amenities. The Inns and cottages as well as the beautiful gardens, ponds and saltwater pool on the property are well maintained and the accommodating staff went above and beyond to make my stay VERY enjoyable.

Sweetwater Branch is a beautiful B&B! Location is great, lost to downtown and the campus. Check-in was a breeze, the room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean! Nice rocking chairs on the front porch and lovely landscaping everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again!

Pleasant leafy location of beautiful southern victorian homes a 10 minute walk from the nightlife district. Saltwater pool with jacuzzi. Gracious unobtrusive staff. Ample breakfast. A classy polished place.
